If we receive your cancellation notice at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled
flight arrival or scheduled pick-up time, NO cancellation fees will be charged.
If we receive your cancellation notice at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled
flight arrival of scheduled pick-up time, we will charge you half of your estimated
fare for the cancelled trip.
If we receive no notice or less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged the full amount
of your estimated fare.
"No Shows" will be charged the full amount of their estimated fare.
Please give us the courtesy of at least 48 hours notice so we don't have to
charge you any cancellation fees.
